Lauder Ale was voted Best Brewery in Fort Lauderdale on September 18th at Piazza Italia by a voting panel for South Florida Magazine. The staff at the magazine had never even heard of the brewery before the voters placed their votes so we know that its not a rigged vote! The brewery is located in a clean industrial area that is mostly utilized for the yachting community. The founders are both native two Fort Lauderdale and they built the brewery with almost no money and utilized recycled materials such as railroad ties to construct it. Its almost like being in a 1500 square foot party garage. They have over 60 beers, they brew their own and they also have an 1100 square foot outdoor beer garden!!
